This Privacy Policy explains how Holy Bible Shop, operated by LexKurion Publishing House (“we”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit holybibleshop.com or make a purchase. We respect your privacy and aim to comply with the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Canada’s PIPEDA, Australia’s Privacy Act and other applicable laws.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, billing/shipping address, order details, and messages you send us.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). We receive confirmation and limited details (e.g., last 4 digits), never your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed and similar analytics data, via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
2. How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders and provide customer support;
- To send order confirmations and service messages;
- To send marketing emails only if you opt in (you can unsubscribe any time);
- To operate, secure and improve the site; and
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
3. Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)
We process data to perform our contract with you (orders), for our legitimate interests (running and securing the store), with your consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), and to meet legal obligations (tax, accounting).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, under contract and only as needed, including: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), print & fulfillment partners (e.g., Lulu, Printify) to produce and ship your order, our hosting provider (Hostinger), email delivery, and analytics. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.

We keep order and tax records as long as the law requires, and other personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data; to object to or restrict processing; to withdraw consent; and (California) to know what we collect and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” (note: we do not sell your data). 8. Children
Our store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including HTTPS encryption and trusted processors) to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
