Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. This policy explains refunds and returns for our digital and physical products. It does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you have where you live.
1. Digital products (printables & files)
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and printed immediately, they are generally non-refundable once the download has started. By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery. However, if a file is faulty, won’t open, or isn’t as described, contact us within 14 days at contact@holybibleshop.com and we will fix the file or issue a refund.
2. Physical products (books, apparel & gifts)
Our printed products are made to order especially for you, so we cannot accept returns simply for change of mind. We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
3. Order cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel a physical order before it enters production. Once an item is in production or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but section 2 still applies if anything is wrong.
4. EU/UK consumers
If you are in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain purchases within 14 days. This right does not apply to (a) digital content once download has begun with your consent, or (b) goods made to your personal specification / made to order. Your rights for faulty goods are unaffected.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
