Shipping Policy

This policy applies to physical products (books, apparel and gifts). Digital products are not shipped — they are delivered instantly by download.

1. Where we ship

We ship worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada and Australia.

2. Production & delivery time

Our books and apparel are printed to order. Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days, then shipped. Estimated delivery after dispatch is roughly 3–8 business days within the US and 7–20 business days internationally, depending on destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated per item at checkout based on your destination, so you always see the cost before you pay. Digital-only orders have no shipping charge.

4. Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information where available.

5. Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

6. Lost or damaged parcels

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@holybibleshop.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
