Welcome to Holy Bible Shop (“we”, “us”, “our”), available at holybibleshop.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of any digital or physical products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
The store is Holy Bible Shop, operated by LexKurion Publishing House. You can reach us any time at contact@holybibleshop.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
3. Our products
We offer (a) digital products — printable PDFs and files delivered by instant download; and (b) physical products — books, apparel and gifts that are printed or produced to order and shipped to you. Product images are illustrative; printed colors may vary slightly from your screen.
4. Orders, pricing & payment
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. We use trusted third-party payment processors (such as Stripe and PayPal) to handle payments securely; we never store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a price or product description was published in error, and will refund any amount already charged.
5. Digital products — license & acceptable use
When you buy a digital product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and print it for your own personal, family, classroom, or ministry use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or commercially exploit the files, or upload them anywhere for others to download. All files remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.
6. Physical products, shipping & returns
Physical items are made to order and shipped worldwide. Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, artwork, illustrations, designs, logos and layouts — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Public-domain source texts may underlie some products, but our editions, typesetting, artwork and presentation are protected. You may not copy or reuse our content except as expressly permitted.
8. Acceptable conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Third-party services
We rely on third parties for payments, hosting, print and fulfillment, and email. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what the law requires.
